The English Language Proficiency Test for Pilots (ELPTP) was conceptualised in 2018 by a panel of experienced test builders in collaboration with UPM Holdings (Consultancy and Services) to meet the need for testing the proficiency levels of Aviation English of pilots seeking licensing endorsement.
